Our VL Shelving range is designed to offer a stylish storage / shelving system but also doubles as a statement room divider. Your can mix it up with wood or metal shelves and we also have shelf mounted cabinets too, which can match your wooden shelves. With it being modular, you can configure it however you wish, with the option of different heights and different width bays, which you can utilise on the same unit to fill the space as you wish.
To save you having to compile your own shopping list and in effect build your own shelving system, we've listed some standard kits in some of the more common sizes - this particular listing is a complete system, giving you 2 bays, with 14 wooden shelving levels each being 900mm wide.

This particular kit is designed for ceiling heights of 288 to 298cm but there are other height range options available, as well as an option of 600 or 1200mm wide bays!

Obviously you can buy all these product separately, elsewhere within this section - to build up your own configuration, if for instance you wanted :
a) Different Heights (Choice of 3 available, 238-248cm / 268-278cm or 288-298cm)
b) Multiple Bays (This is a single bay but you can use intermediate uprights to create a run)
c) Wider Spans (Choice of 3 available, 600mm / 900mm or 1200mm)
d) Different accessories, such as Steel Shelves or Cabinets
VL is a modular and bifacial frame made of thin metal profiles and interspersed with wooden shelves. It is fixed to the ceiling and the floor. It acts as an elegant partition between areas, creating a permeable filter between the different rooms. Its versatility allows it to be also used as a partition between living and night spaces, while the modern and minimal design is suitable for all contexts, both working and domestic.
As a compression system, it's available with 3 fixed extrusion lengths, to fit varying room heights and you also have 100mm of adjustment via the clamping screw. However, in instances where you have a lower ceiling then it is possible to cut down the aluminium profile to fit. Before cutting, it is necessary to remove the feet which are fixed to the profile using 4 screws. After removing the screws, you can pull and remove the feet before cutting the profile. However, please be aware that in doing so / any modifications will void the warranty, so please double check your measurements first!
