BUILD Light Strap | Sold by the Metre

Designed to weave through BUILD shelving cells externally, giving you total freedom where you want your light source. Various illumination colours & designs are available with individual light concepts and effects available on request

The Light Strap is an electroluminescent or ‘EL’ lamp that challenges the way the world uses light (similar technology is what backlights a plasma screen television). 2.5cm wide including the lamination, you can order from a wide selection of colours in a run of as many metres as you wish.

Circumference of BUILD is 1.4 Metres and for certain colours, you might find to preserve colour integrity - adding a 'special order' coloured adhesive foil is beneficial. Typical installations will see customers using the light strap across 40 to 50% of a BUILD display, although this is purely suggestive - based on previous customer experience.

Unlike LEDs or other forms of lighting that use single point lights spaced over an area, this Light Strap lights uniformly over the entire surface; end to end, side to side.

It’s thinner than a credit card and illuminates evenly, end to end, side to side. Shape it, curve it, choose your colour. That’s where our specifics stop and your creativity starts.
